OUR APPROACH
EFFORTLESS OWNERSHIP
You are our primary focus.
We provide a complete service for owners, ensuring your property is professionally managed with attention to detail and unbeatable guest experience. Our local knowledge of the Lake District and experience in hospitality allows us to offer a bespoke, hands-on approach to management like you've never seen before.
WHY CHOOSE WAYSTONE
PERSONAL, NOT CORPORATE
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
WE THINK LIKE OWNERS
We believe great management starts with genuine relationships. You'll know who we are, you won't be lost in a huge portfolio, and we'll be invested in its success from day one.
We're deliberately selective about the properties we work with. By keeping our portfolio focussed, we can give every property the attention, care and detail it deserves, rather than just treating it like any other listing.
We don't just manage properties - we look at them as though they were our own. From small interior improvements to bigger improvements, we're always looking for ways to increase potential.
ROOTED IN THE LAKE DISTRICT
There's a reason we chose to build Waystone here. It's our home, a place we have true appreciation for. The Lake District is a truly special place - the quiet corners, incredible views, and community spirit running throughout.
Penrith
Known as the Gateway to the Lakes, Penrith is our home base. It's the perfect place for people start start their journey deeper into the Lakes, without the hustle and bustle of the smaller towns.
Keswick & Ullswater
Places we know, Places we love. From the busy heart of the Lakes in Keswick, to the wild and quiet landscape around Ullswater, we know the best spots everywhere for people to have their perfect Lake District escapes.
